Medical Guidance

All parents are requested to impart health education to their children to:

1. Maintain personal hygiene like: trimming of nails, regular hair cuts, etc.
2. Ensure that they sleep 8 hours a day.
3. Ensure that they exercise daily.
4. Have a balanced diet, nutritionally rich in proteins and milk.
5. Drink water which is either boiled or filtered.
6. Avoid consumption of ice-creams, other milk products and eatables from road side vendors and Kiosks.
7. Deworm your child at least once every year, subject to advice taken from the family physician.
