Every subsequent Child is to be charged Rs. 500/- less in monthly tuition fee only.
Tuition fee will be deposited bimonthly except for April and the period of January to March.
All payments are to be made in cheque payable at par at Bhiwani or through DD or through online mode available on school website. The school does not send out bills /reminders for the dues, parents are therefore, requested to make all payments in time to avoid fine for late payments.
No deduction of fee will be made on account of any holiday or temporary absence for any reason whatsoever.
Receipt issued by school should be kept in safe custody for the year and should be produced if and when required.
No refund of caution money will be made within one year after the withdrawal at the end of which the caution money will be forfeited.
School dues once deposited are not refundable except security at the time of withdrawal.
Fee should be made as per schedule.
Parents have option to pay the dues for the whole year in advance, Some discount will be given in such cases (only on tuition fee).
Fee will be accepted for the month along with the payment of late fee as per school norms if it is not paid as per schedule.
If any parent fails to deposit the dues of their ward, the result of Annual Exam of the concerned students will be withheld till the clearance of School dues.
